Art Guidelines.

How to prepare your artwork?

1

Contact us to receive the item specifications/guidelines and/or template on your selected product. Follow the specifications sheet to prepare your artwork. (Wrong template, inaccurate files, low-quality graphics will be rejected causing delays in processing your order).

2

We only accept the following file formats for artworks: AI, PDF (Hi-Res) and EPS. For some printing jobs we also accept PSD files whenever the content has the right resolution for the required job.

3

Always compress the file before send. Files less than 10Mb of size can be send by email. If the file is bigger than 10Mb, please contact us for alternative sending options. Add you PO# and Company Name in the email subject to help us identify your job.

General Art Requirements:

  • Fonts: Convert to outlines/paths
  • Images: Hi-res photos 300 dpi CMYK & grayscale (No RGB - No 72 dpi photos)
  • Graphics: Vector (outline) art: 1200 dpi (Convert all type to outlines and use proper color mode CMYK)
  • PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors must be provided for any critical colors only for items that can be produced with PMS color matching and if it is requested by you with quote approved.

  • Proofread and test your files. Added charges apply if we need to modify your files.
  • Avoid errors in your file. We are not responsible for errors in supplied files.
